Candidate for Court of Common Pleas Judge Speaks to Conservative Christian Center Candidate Forum, Awarded a Perfect A rating for November 7 election
The one candidate for the Court of Common Pleas Judge in York, PA who earned a perfect “A” rating from the Conservative Christian Center, addressed a full capacity crowd of the group gathered to hear candidates and to honor Congressman Scott Perry as “Statesman of the Year” at their annual Breakfast at the Country Club of York on September 30. The 8 candidates who earned a perfect “A” rating of the Conservative Christian Center, based on the survey responses they received back from each candidate, are:
In York County: Clyde Vedder for Judge, Laura Shue for Recorder of Deeds and Pam Gay for County Coroner.
For statewide office, the judge candidates with the “A” rating are: Craig Stedman, Christine Fizzano Cannon, Wade A. Kagarise and Emile Giordano. Judicial Candidate Paul N. Lalley earned a very respectable “B” rating (every other candidate for statewide office earned a “C” or “D”).
Vedder and Shue spoke at both the May 5 primary and the September 30 general election candidate forum sponsored by Conservative Christian Center and York County Action (e-newsletter). Stedman and Fizzano-Cannon spoke joined them in speaking at the September 30 breakfast and candidate Forum. County Coroner candidate Pam Gay spoke at the May 5 Candidate Forum.
Other candidates, many of whom also appeared at a Candidate Forum of the group, earned a rating of “C” or “D” from their survey responses.
